If Asked, Stringer Says Rutgers Not Going To WNIT

C. Vivian Stringer, head women's coach at Rutgers University, says she considers the WNIT second best and will not coach in that tournament if her squad doesn't reach the NCAAs. Right now, Rutgers, which typically is a national powerhouse, is struggling at 15-13 overall and 7-7 in the Big East.
