Coach/Official Wants Old Way Of Choosing Refs

Bob Cimbollek, who has been a coach and official in the state of Maine, thinks the state needs to go back to the old way referees are assigned to games. In 2000, a panel was formed to decide which referees were to work certain games, which changed the old way of schools submitting a list of referees they would accept. Cimbollek is working to get the old system back in place.
