Coach Drops Lawsuit, Gets Job Back

J.D. Isler has dropped his lawsuit against the Clovis Municipal School District (N.M.) and now has his job back as head boys varsity coach for the remainder of this season and next. Isler had been fired as coach when the New Mexico Activities Association alleged he recruited a player to Clovis. Isler has denied the charges and says he will continue to pursue legal actions against the NMAA.
