Brey Named Chairman Of NCAA Rules Committee

Mike Brey, head men's basketball coach at Notre Dame, has been elected chairman of the NCAA Men's Basketball Rules Committee. Brey has been on the committee for four years. He replaces Charlotte's Bobby Lutz as chairman.
