U of Toledo Hires Tod Kowalcyzk

Tod Kowalcyzk, who had been the head coach at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for the last eight seasons, has accepted the same position at the University of Toledo. Kowalcyzk was 136-112 in eight seasons with the Phoenix.
