After Welsh Mess, Hofstra Turns To Cassara

Mo Cassara, 36, who was to serve as an assistant to Tim Welsh at Hofstra, after being let go with Al Skinner's staff at Boston College, now has been named head coach of Hofstra. Welsh resigned earlier this week after being charged with DWI last week. Hofstra acted quickly and signed the new assistant to be its head coach.
